Processing of personal data - The Agency for Digital Italy ensures that the processing of data - whether acquired via e-mail or electronic forms or otherwise - complies with the provisions on personal data protection (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).

Especially information related to the names and ordinary mail or e-mail addresses provided to the Agency will be used only for the purposes related to RNDT procedures and will not be provided to third parties not involved in those procedures or used for other purposes. Data are processed by means of computer and/or telematic tools by personnel being in charge of carrying out the process and using communications via e-mail.

The content of communications provided to the Agency (requests for information, suggestions, ideas, or other materials of any kind) will not be considered information or data of a confidential nature.
