Abstract: Con decreto n. 2459/AMB dd. 28.12.2015, 1. ai sensi dell’art. 35, comma 4, lettere b) e c) della L.R. 11/2015, i dati del Catasto regionale delle utilizzazioni d’acqua relativi alle pratiche di derivazioni concesse e di licenze di attingimento autorizzate, nonché di quelle in istruttoria pubblicabili ai sensi delle diverse disposizioni di legge, aggiornati alla data del presente decreto, sono pubblicati sul sito istituzionale della Regione. Sono esclusi gli impianti realizzati ad uso acquedottistico come previsto dal comma 3 art. 7 del D.Lgs. 18/2003
