Each stratigraphic horizon is supplemented by its isobaths. Where possible, the thickness of the succession above or below, respectively for basal unconformity and top, is provided with the depth of the surface. The lithology, event process and age of each sedimentary succession are also provided. Each fault, with its upper tip line, is supplemented with the kinematic, mean values for strike, dip azimuth and dip derived from the 3D surface geometry, and the age of the oldest and youngest faulted or deformed stratigraphic horizon, if obtainable from the 3D geological model. This dataset and the related data model were obtained in the framework of the GO-PEG (https://www.go-peg.eu/) project, co-funded by the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) of the European Commission. More specifically, this dataset is the output of the go-depth use case aiming to provide a methodology and a model to conceptualize, organize and deliver easy-to-use, high-quality, interoperable subsurface information for sustainable planning and use of natural resources. To this aim the data coming from European funded projects GeoMol (Alpine Space Programme 2012-2015) and GeoERA HotLime (Horizon 2020, 2018-2021) has been used. In view of data interoperability, the data model has been developed as an extension of the INSPIRE Geology data model. The dataset is served through APIs conforming to the OGC API - Feature standard and is downloadable also in GeoPackage format, in this anticipating the application of the principles established by the Open Data Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/1024) regarding the sharing of the High Value Datasets. Il modello geologico 3D del bacino padano include la geometria di quattro orizzonti limite (tetto o discordanza) di successioni di unità sedimentarie litologicamnete omogenee, nell'intervallo Triassico - Pleistocene, e 179 geometrie di faglie. Ciascun orizzonte stratigrafico è descritto anche attraverso isobate. Dove possibile, oltre al valore di quota assoluta, viene fornito anche il valore dello spessore della successione sovrastante o sottostante, rispettivamente se si tratta di discordanza o tetto. Vengono inoltre descritte la litologia, il processo geologico e l'età di ciascuna successione sedimentaria. Ciascuna faglia, con il suo bordo superiore, è corredata dalla cinematica, dai valori medi di giacitura derivati dalla geometria 3D, e dall'età della più antica e della più giovane unità stratigrafica fagliata/deformata, se ricavabile dal modello geologico 3D.Questo set di dati e il relativo modello dati sono stati ottenuti nell'ambito del progetto GO-PEG (https://www.go-peg.eu/), cofinanziato dal Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) della Commissione Europea. Più specificamente, questo dataset è l'output del caso d'uso go-depth, che mira a fornire una metodologia e un modello in grado di concettualizzare, organizzare e fornire informazioni di sottosuolo facili da usare, di alta qualità e interoperabili per la pianificazione sostenibile e l'uso delle risorse naturali . A tale scopo sono stati utilizzati i dati provenienti dai progetti europei GeoMol (Alpine Space Programme 2012-2015) e GeoERA HotLime (Horizon 2020, 2018-2021). Al fine di favorire l'interoperabilità dei dati, il modello dati è stato sviluppato come estensione del modello dati INSPIRE Geology. The workflow for the 3D model production included a first step of interpretation of the whole set of data and the interpolation of the surfaces both stratigraphic horizons and faults) in the time domain (TWT). The second step is the analysis of 81 depth-time tables for the creation of a 3D velocity model and the time-depth conversion developed using Vel-IO 3D tool (Maesano & D'Ambrogi, https://doi.org/10.1016/j.cageo.2016.11.013). Finally, the 3D model in the depth domain has been refined according to geometric inconsistency and integration of independent constraints. The surfaces were resampled on a grid 500x500 m. Where possible, for each stratigraphic horizons the thickness of the succession above or below, respectively for basal unconformity and top, have been calculated and the contour lines derived from the depth of the 3D geometries. The 3D geometries of the faults are supplemented with their upper tip lines. Il modello geologico 3D è il risultato dell'interpretazione e dell'integrazione di un vasto set di linee sismiche 2D (1.338 linee, lunghezza totale 26.000 km, spaziatura media 5.000 m), 475 log di pozzo (profodità massima 7.329 m, profondità media 2.700 m), e vincoli dalla geologia di superficie. Il flusso di lavoro per la costruzione dl modello 3D ha previsto una prima fase di interpretazione del set di dati e l'interpolazione di superfici (sia orizzonti stratigrafici che faglie) nel dominio dei tempi (TWT). Una seconda fase di analisi di 81 tabelle profondità-tempi per la creazione del modello di velocità 3D, e la successiva conversione in profondità ottenuti attraverso il tool Vel-IO 3D (Maesano & D'Ambrogi, https://doi.org/10.1016/j.cageo.2016.11.013). Infine il modello 3D in profondità ottenuto è stato controllato e modificato per eliminare le incongruenze geometriche e integrare dati indipendenti. Le superfici ottenute sono state ricampionate su una griglia di 500x500 m. Le geometrie delle faglie sono corredate con la linea del loro bordo superiore.
